Channel missing

Recently had a new volt package installed which includes a mini box for another room and multiple channels including Sky sports HD. My problem is I’m receiving no Sky sports on the main box, but able to receive and watch Sky Sports on the mini box. Have raised this with Virgin but the issue Is still unresolved. Any suggestions would be helpful

It sounds like the right codes haven;'t been sent to the main box. That would require speaking to the Faults team, however they may have to pass it to second level support to update the systems, which can take up to 72 hours.

In the meantime possibly swap both boxes around so that you can access the Sky Sports channels in your main location.

Keep the main box switched on, and set to either Fast Start or Active Start so VM can send the signal. (Settings > System > Standby power consumption)

I'd only add, to query what this means - have CS told you it's been raised to another team? Or given you an excuse to reboot box, monitor etc?

The VM staff who monitor these boards should be along in a day or so if the answer is one of the latter.
