Some channel logos on EPG are missing (blank). Seems to several complete pages (i.e. all 7 programmes on 1 page) at a time. Adjacent pages show all 7 logos correctly. I can select programmes where logos missing but would like to know what is going on.

It sounds like your 360 has lost it's internet connection.
Check under Settings > System > Diagnostics
You can reconnect to the internet by going to Settings > System > Change connection type . and then select either ethernet or wifi
You could also try rebooting the box.

Thank you, Dave for the assist.
I have been getting messages about TV box not being connected to hub (but was watching the rugby & didn't action anything until match over.)
1. Diagnostics showed green for all connections, so no problem there.
2. Reset the WiFi connection, but no change to missing logos (discovered that every 3rd page of logos was missing).
3. Rebooted TV360 box by powering off at the mains for 5 mins. Problem has now resolved & all logos back on EPG.
