Channel failed

Up to speed

Sky Sports 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10 are saying channel failed. Error code is Cs2004. All cables are tight and rebooted both 360 main and 360 mini. Still showing channel failed

Since the guy from the network team fixed my issue, on the diagnostic page, it says signal quality is fair, this could affect live tv in the future. Once every so often, it shows as good but only for a few seconds then back to fair. My channels are all working fine, no issues. Cables are all nice and tight.
