Changed to 360 and now getting Setting up tv channels error message checked connections and rebooted

I have checked WiFi connections and rebooted boxes but no joy. Can anyone help!

If both boxes are connected by WiFi can you try connecting one by ethernet cable, if that works then you could try swapping the boxes to possibly get them both working using ethernet and then swap them back to how you want them.

Looks like you may need to call Virgin as it seems like codes need sending to the box.
