Ch 517 nissing virgin tv 360

I have just upgraded today to the virgin TV 360 and now I have  o longer got sky sports action ch 517 and also ch 518 and it looks like others also.

Please advise.

Sky Sports on a 360 are between 501 and 510

Channels 501-510 are ordinarily the HD variants, 511-520 are the SD ones.

A TiVo/V6 lists both versions in their own slots, but a TV360 only shows one version and alters between SD/HD depending on your subscription. If you pay the HD-charge, then 501-510 will be in HD. If you don't, these same channels will be in SD.
