Catchup services outage

for the 3rd time in a week we have no catchup tv, this time VM says it should be fixed by the 27th December! I hope this is a sick joke? We pay a fortune for our package this is galling. I work shifts as a nurse so rarely watch live TV. For goodness sake VM sort it out

On the basis that you're posting seeking some help here, which TV box do you have? TiVo, V6 or TV360? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box

What are the symptoms you get - any error code etc? What makes you think it's a known problem?
