for the 3rd time in a week we have no catchup tv, this time VM says it should be fixed by the 27th December! I hope this is a sick joke? We pay a fortune for our package this is galling. I work shifts as a nurse so rarely watch live TV. For goodness sake VM sort it out

What are the symptoms you get - any error code etc? What makes you think it's a known problem?
