It's still not there. It's a waste of time having a service that does not work. I watched it on the internet instead, but shouldn't have to. I can't afford to keep my tv on standby to record programs. Gas and electricity is too expensive, so I don't use that option anymore. I do know that it's an option. The point is, why provide a service that clearly doesmt work. It's the only program I really watch at the moment. I've noticed similar questions on here. Virgin should do something about these issues but thank you for your reply.
