Catch up

Hi All 

In the TV guide i cannot seem to watch a programme that has already started , say after 15 mins it has started, anyone else have this problem , i am sure this was a feature you could use on the V360

It’s not available on all channels.

Which channel, time and program are you seeing the problem with?

Just tried it on C4 Pottery throwdown 

Started at 7.45 tried it at 8pm

Note the greyed out icon on that program.

That signifies that the program will be available later on Catch Up.

The Startover function, as it’s called, is identified by a white symbol.

Try the National Geographic HD channel now to see how it works.....

.... or any BBC channel, which uses the BBC iPlayer.

Try both - they are done in slightly different ways.

  • Yes that's it anything with start over symbol
  • Means it can be on catch up, i noticed the pottery symbol was on screen about 8.30
