Catch-up no subtitles

I am an 82 year old newbie.  Installed TV360 yesterday OK but cannot get subtitles on last episode of Silent Witness in Catch-up.

Subtitles OK in live shows.

Any help please?

As Catch Up for the BBC is through the iPlayer app, then these instructions from the BBC should help you enable subtitles

Thank you very much for your prompt reply BenMcr.  I managed to find iPlayer and start Silent Witness but there was no speech bubble.  I am a geritaric technophobe - my advice to you is never grow old - it ain't worth it!

Once the episode is playing, you need to press 'Up' on the circular four way pad to get the speech bubble to appear on screen, then up again to go to the bit of the menu where you can select it.

Then when you're on it press OK to access the Subtitles option and then OK again to turn them on.
