I am unable to watch recordings on my second Virgin 360 box - it's saying I have reached my streaming device limit. (!?!) -- It's not a streaming device, it's my actual TV box! If \I go onto the Virgin TV Go app to manage devices, there's no option to fix it.
I called Virgin's helpline but as usual it said no fault could be found and sent me a text.
How do I sort this? Any advice welcome.

If your second box is a mini V360 box then it streams the recordings stored on your main box.
