Over a week ago I received a new HUB 5 plus two 360 remotes to upgrade my existing V6 boxes. I fitted the HUB but put off the 360 upgrade for a while as we had things on the hard drives we wanted to watch.
A couple of days ago the upgrade 360 option failed to do anything and now both boxes are showing reduced functionality. I cannot upgrade, but have lost the use of all apps, and cannot record anything.
Is this something that can be fixed remotely? It looks like my account is showing that I have 360 but the V6 boxes are stuck sulking in TiVo mode.

I'm sorry to hear there have been some problems with your TV360 migration. I've taken a look on our end and can see you have since spoken with the team, who have assisted you with this issue.
The TV boxes are showing to have been upgraded fully since your post. How are things looking?

Thanks for the reply and question. Both of my boxes successfully upgraded over night, and are now working fine.
Very impressed so far, the 360 software is much better than the older TiVo software. Much easier to navigate, the search and voice control work very well together. I love the way the recording list shows what is recorded on both of my boxes and enables me to watch things easily on either box.
I upgraded my hub to version 5 with 1GB, which along with my two WI-FI Pods gives me internet everywhere.

Sounds to me like the "upgrade" has gone through then...
