Cannot connect to Disney after 3 weeks

I cannot connect to Disney via TV360 yet despite being able to raise a ticket and being told it was fixed.

This has been going on 3 weeks.

Calling cuts me off.

Whatsapp and Chat tell me they can accept no more issues.

I have Disney as part of my overall subscription, I have an IT number…. I don’t have anymore patience.

How can I watch Disney please?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Kevin

Hi @Kevinmac1928

Disney Plus isn't included in any VM subscriptions.

You might have taken out either a free or reduced sub to Disney Plus via O2. If so yuo need to sign in with those account credentials.

If you pay Disney Plus directly to them then sign in with your Disney Plus account details.

If you pay VM for your Disney Plus subscription then the following applies

info from https://www.virginmedia.com/legal/disney-plus

  1. To purchase Disney+ and access the service, you need to: (i) If you have TV360 you must first request to begin the activation process by calling a care agent or using the webchat function on your MyVm account. If you use Stream, you can begin the activation process by calling a care agent or directly through your MyVM account; (ii) and follow the instructions on your MyVM account to activate your Disney+ account and sign up to the Disney+ Terms. If you do not activate Disney+ and agree to the Disney+ Terms, then you won’t be able to access the Disney+ service.

Nope.

When I changed subscription, VM said they would give me Disney+ free to stop me moving.

3 weeks later, hours of calls and IT tickets later, I cannot watch Disney.
