Can you get smaller ended coaxial cables?

SharkEnergy2020
On our wavelength

We just had our front room floor done and they cut a gap on new skirting board to allow for virgin cable but not enough sadly ( I should have left them the cable, my fault! )

However, I managed to get it slightly in at an angle, picture seems good, but it's not screwed in tight.

Wondered if you can get coaxial cables for VM v6 boxes (360 installed) that have a smaller end than the standard with long silver part? Rather than me cutting the board again.

Or I could just leave it well alone unless picture plays up.

VM use specialist grade triple-shielded cable and wouldn't have used anything you sourced yourself.

Yes I removed the virgin provided cable during the work. Them = floor fitters not virgin....

Take VM box off wall. Cut a piece of wood, perhaps ply, the same size as box, screw back on. The socket should now be clear.
