Keep being told Virgin TV 2 is offline, or not connecting. Turn it on to watch your recordings.
I have no idea what box this is talking about! As the box I'm trying to watch the recordings on is clearly switched on for me to watch the TV.

If you have a 360 main box and a mini box the recordings are on the main box, (the larger of the two), and you are trying to watch on the mini box then the main box needs to be set to fast start or active start so the mini box access the recordings.
