Just bought my lad a new android TV for his bedroom. He is trying to log in to Netflix on the built in app but it won't accept the login details.
Is this because we've included Netflix in our volt upgrade with VM & we can only access it via the 360 box or am I missing something?
He should be able to use the same login on a different device.
The Standard netflix allows you to log in and stream on two devices at the same time.
I've only got Amazon prime so I don't know if you have to use your My Virgin Media username and password to sign in on the android TV, or if if you have to use the email address and password that you registered with - try both.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues logging in to Netflix on the new TV.
I can confirm that this will not be an issue with the subscription being part of your package so we would recommend logging in via the Netflix website.
If you are unable to do so, we suggest a password reset.
