Unable to pair B&O Eclipse tv to remote. Returns error stating they are working on it!

If so reboot the 360 box and try again.

I am a longtime user of B&O TVs and have never been able to control them with anything other than a B&O remote. They are notorious for this. I use my Beo Remote 1 to control the volume on both of my current TVs.
