Can't find hard drive , carried out factory reset

Seem to missing the hard drive, factory reset completed, diagnostic toll not working and hasn't been all weekend, I am guessing a call to get a replacement box?

It is either a faulty hard drive or the headend server can't find it on the network (CPE IP mismatch).

If it is a converted V6 TiVO box its likely to be the latter. In both cases the likely result is box replacement.
