Hi
I'm new to VM. The TV is all setup as is the broadband. But the apps don’t work. They say my service isn’t set up yet and come back later or oops an error occurred.
how do I set up Go and My VM App so I can get full use. My boys want to watch VM on their tablets!!!

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the apps.
Can you confirm if you have set up the online account as they will use the same password?
Are you still having issues with this since posting or has this since been resolved?

Hi Chris,
yes it’s all set up, but Virgin have my email address as incorrect so I’m waiting for them to resolve it.
Needless to say that it’s still not working.

Thank you for your reply and confirming what has happened so far Pa0I0I0ng.
I have had a check from our side and can see our team have raised an IT ticket to have this resolved.
There was a slight delay but the team have this now and it should be completed within 5 working days.
