Just had installation of fibre broadband and tv in lounge which is working fine. Additional 360 box in garden room via coaxial cable. I have a cat 6 cable up to the room connected to old skybox and cable/WiFi working fine. The TV in the garden room however has the CS1010 error code. Tried factory reset/reboot but still same error code. Phoned virgin and tests completed, still same. Phoned Virgin but get told to resolve via website. Tried website but told to phone! Can anyone help please?
