For the past three days I have experienced severe picture pixelation and Channel Failed warning. Is this isolated or other people experiencing the same thing.

Have you checked for faults in your area, you can login to your My Virgin Media and check your service status at the top right of the page or phone 0800 5610061 for a more localised check.

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Yes. SG14 postcode. Pixelation is dreadful.

SG13. It’s awful but VM haven’t a clue. To those asking us to ring VM I have done. A waste of time. Had router replaced because app recognised an issue but still rubbish. Can someone on here raise this with VM as I know you can. Thanks

Hey Chambers21, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

I am going to send you a PM so we can look into this for you. Cheers
