Box overheating warning and switching off on Disney app

I have seen other posts about this and they have gone to PM's with no resolution posted, guessing they had the boxes replaced so you could call Virgin or wait for one of the forum team to respond.

I didn't have a problem with Disney+ overheating.

Still waiting to use main box , someone came out on Friday and changed box as it didn’t work , told then someone should be out to wire it up . Nothing recorded in app appointments .

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Community. We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your main box not being connected. 

Just to confirm, are you missing the internal point in order to connect your box? 

Checking this end, it looks as though the installation has been completed? Are your services working, apart from the main TV box, or are they all still not working?
