Box issues

Hi guys! 
My box is connected, turned on etc. But I get no picture or sound (the second box works fine, upstairs)

The HDMI cable is connected (in the output channel it recognises the signal/box) but no sound or picture. I’ve tried everything I can think of! On off, changed leads etc. 

Any other suggestions? Or will I need a virgin engineer to come out?

Have you tried swapping boxes around to see if the fault follows the box?

I am so sorry that you have faced these issues, and a big thank you to newapollo for their advise so far. Have you been able to try switching the boxes?

Hi! 
Yes, switched and it worked. Then I switched them back to their original places and they work! So, so far so good. 
hope it doesn’t happen again 🤞🏽

I’ll keep you posted, if any issues.
