Bose Soundbar 900 and 360 remote

Hi All,

Was trying not to end up here for help, but unfortunately ran out of ideas. I am struggling to control my soundbar with my Virgin 360 remote. I used to have a Bose Solo 5 and it worked fine, but have upgraded to the Soundbar 900 and it's not having any of it.

Have tried pairing via key testing and manually typing the model in, nothing. Have reset the soundbar twice in case it was that, nothing.

I'm wondering if it's just me, or if anyone has had similar issues with their Bose Soundbar 900?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with connecting your 360 remote to your sound bar. As this is 3rd party equipment, we are limited as to what we can do to assist.

The best thing to do is to pop our Gadget Rescue team a call so they can assist with this further.
