Why is Blazetv low quality & pixilated 100% of the time yet online is HD although I cannot download the blaze app directly

Blaze is taken from the same feed used by Sky & Freesat customers, & the quality you get is what the broadcasters are prepared to pay for. Having said that, if you are getting heavy pixelisation then this could well be a signal issue at your property. Go through all the other channels, as it is rare for only one to be affected.

Been with VM for years but for sometime now they have not been at there best 🤨!

They release a new settop box with a complete new Ui that Full Of Bugs & Not as good as its predecessor in many ways 🙄!!....

Try playing a uhd on a second box 😳! & they know about it but only if pushed 🤨

Customer service is a joke 🙄 with 15/20 mins wait time 

I've had a network issue since having slave boxes in my 2 bedrooms even down to my mobile buffering & the boxes totally loosing Internet connection 

All in all a Nightmare 🤯!! Still no joy with 150 so if things don't improve & Fast it's 👋 Sky

I am just another customer like you, giving advice to people with problems.
