Every time I turn the TV box on I just get black screen, no sound.

Only thing that seems to bring it back to life is to swith it off via switch on the back of the box. 

It goes through the "welcome" display and works again. 

I have tried all hdmi ports, same issue. 

Other devices work fine in all hdmi ports.

Do you get the TV360's menu system & EPG?

1. I am using the HDMI supplied with the box, checked other devices in this TV HDMI port and no issues.
Tried Virgin TV Box in other HDMI ports on TV and same issue.

2. Tried various restarts, same issue.

3. Box is saying up to date.

4. Not contacted as yet but will be last step

I get nothing, no sound, no menus, Sorry what is EPG? if this is something that displays then i dont get that either.

EPG = Electronic Programme Guide. The on-screen TV guide.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Tv service. 

It does sound as though this could be an issue with your Tv box.
