Bad signal quality but broadband working fine

Getting intermittent bad signal quality (as reported by diagnostic menu), it can be bad one evening but good the next. The signal strength from modem (see below) looks ok. Both the modem and tv are fed from same point and cable from tap off in street was replaced at Christmas

Re: Bad signal quality but broadband working fine

Hey @mwarby

Thanks for taking the time to post your issues on the forum pages.

I have been able to locate your account from your forum profile and can see that you have power level issues on your upstream channels, this would need a technician visit to resolve this.

I have arranged for the appointment and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Track Your Order.

Regards,

Steven_L

Re: Bad signal quality but broadband working fine

Hi mwarby,

Sorry to hear that the issues seem to have returned. I've arranged another engineer visit for you on your account. I would advise that if the issue appears to resolve itself again, do keep the engineer appointment open just incase you have any more trouble. It sounds like it's an intermittent issue 🙂

Let us know how the visit goes and if you need anything else!

Beth
