Getting intermittent bad signal quality (as reported by diagnostic menu), it can be bad one evening but good the next. The signal strength from modem (see below) looks ok. Both the modem and tv are fed from same point and cable from tap off in street was replaced at Christmas
Sorry to hear that the issues seem to have returned. I've arranged another engineer visit for you on your account. I would advise that if the issue appears to resolve itself again, do keep the engineer appointment open just incase you have any more trouble. It sounds like it's an intermittent issue 🙂
