BOX

I HAVE A TV BOX THAT KEEPS RESTARTING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS I RING UP GENERAL SPEEL THEN IT WORKS OVERNIGHT THEN RING VIRGIN THEY SAY TRY THIS WE TRY THAT IM FED UP RINGING THEM I JUST WANT A NEW BOX.

 

ANY IDEAS IVE BEEN PUT THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICES TWICE AND THEY HAVE CUT ME OFF BEFORE SPEAKING TO THEM.

Posting in all capitals on the internet is generally regarded as shouting, you might want to check your caps lock.

A rebooting box is most likely a faulty box, but it may depend how often yours is restarting.
