Audio Description on when not sctive in settings DMAX on demand episodes

Hello

For the past week I have Audio Description when viewing on demand content from DMAX.

 

Specific details:

Equipment: TV 360 mini box

Channels: DMAX on demand

Content: Fast N' Loud - Series 13 onwards - All episodes

Issue: Audio Description is present on all episodes when not active under settings

Troubleshooting: Checked under settings to confirm Audio Description is switched off, restarted box, issue persists for close to 1 week now.

No other accessroies paired to the box, no changes made to my setup since installation.

I checked series 13, episodes 1 and 2, and series 15 episodes 5 and 6  via DMAX On Demand and none of them had AD on.

TV360 version 4.31

Since a reboot didn't fix your issue try a factory reset.

To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset.

With the 360 you won't lose your recordings or series links as it's not a complete factory reset, however you will need to sign into apps such as Prime, iPlayer and ITV Hub again.

EDIT Do you have the same issue on the main 360?

Same thing happens to me with Wheeler Dealers on same channel. Doesn't seem to affect any other channel though.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the audio description at the moment.

Just to confirm - does this occur when you record the programme and watch back too? Or is this only when you watch the channel live?

It's only when I select watch from start in the channel guide. It doesn't happen when I watch live.

Haven't done a factory reset as it is a new upgrade anyway but I have rebooted and has made no difference.

It is the main 360 box I see it on which is an upgraded V6.
