Is there any way that you can contact the retention team to inform them the self-install of the TV360 boxes is possible?
I spoke to retentions yesterday and the person was adamant that it had to done by an engineer, even although I told her she was incorrect. The engineer is booked for the 15th Feb.
Now I have discovered that she has also added £65 to my next bill even although she knew I was on the Ultimate Oomph Package and that it should be free.
