Attempting a simple package up-grade

On Monday evening I saw  reference to some UHD extra material now available for an extra £6.00 a month. I went through the process of ordering this and expected a confirmatory email at least by the following day. I still haven't heard anything and waiting time for anyone to speak to or even chat to on the typing service is extremely inconvenient - 40 minutes plus.

So I'm wondering if anybody else is:-

1. Sharing my frustration with VM over the lack of contact for basic help.

and 

2. Also the problems with the Virgin 360 system being less functional with relation to playing back recorded material - e.g. not remembering where you had got to in a film or program and so randomly but mostly not offering the option to resume and having no group of partially watched programs. These features all worked well in the previous version and I have now been charged for a broken up-grade.

Quick up-date to confirm that the UHD up-grade came through at about 1.00pm today - and seems to work very well as an extra streaming service.
