After 3 phone calls & filling in the online upgrade form without success, I filled in another online form and got another reference number.
Today I received an e-mail telling me that the order would be delivered on the 26th January.
Got another telling me that Yodel would txt to say when they would deliver.
I checked in My Virgin Media and sure enough it is showing the delivery date and the, track your order, box.
Could be that VM are now starting to go through the online orders.
Curious to know if you get the over the air upgrade and 2 remotes or new boxes aswell?
