App screen taking > 5 mins to load

For a couple of days, we experienced the App screen taking well over 5 mins to load. We booked an engineer and then the problem resolved itself.

Has anyone else experienced this and, did they ever find the cause or, like us, did it just sort itself out?

Hey PaulD8, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, which app screen do you mean?

Normally an app runs off the internet so this could of been mean there was an issue with the broadband.

I have checked the account and I can see you've spoke to them since this did they help you? Thanks

It was the menu screen with all of the apps on.

Once it displayed, all the apps worked perfectly, you just had to wait 5 mins with a black screen until the app icons appeared.

The problem lasted about 3 days and then disappeared just as quickly as it had appeared.

I think the threat of an engineer scared it into working properly again 😄
