App not accessible

Since updating to Virgin 360 I am having daily issues with my additional box upstairs.

I can’t access any apps or the catch up service without phoning then receiving a link to reset the box and it is becoming very frustrating. I have tried all usual things... connection, HDMI 1 output but still happening. The error code is CS2400. 

Also I was assured when I extended my contract (was going to go to sky) Disney plus would be available, and it’s not. Has anyone else had the empty promise?

you can not get disney+ on VM boxes and there are no plans or dates for if or when it might come.

Best thing for smart apps is to get a FireTV stick. you'll always get better options, Faster updates and more apps.
Amazon often have them on offer for 50% off so you can pick up a 5k Fire Stick for about £30

Thanks I have one in the cupboard downstairs I will try that. 

surely thought the box should work upstairs consistantly.
