Since updating to Virgin 360 I am having daily issues with my additional box upstairs.
I can’t access any apps or the catch up service without phoning then receiving a link to reset the box and it is becoming very frustrating. I have tried all usual things... connection, HDMI 1 output but still happening. The error code is CS2400.
Also I was assured when I extended my contract (was going to go to sky) Disney plus would be available, and it’s not. Has anyone else had the empty promise?

surely thought the box should work upstairs consistantly.
