I don't know how long this has been going on but I tried on Monday to open the Amazon Prime app. All I get is this
I haven't Phoned yet has I can get it through my TV.
I have checked the service status and it shows there is a fault in my area, but doesn't mention this problem.
I live in the Peterborough area. Anyone else having problem?

Hi @chrispy1 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised.
It has been a few days since your post (apologies for the delay), so has this now been resolved? Are you able to reboot both your box and Hub to see if this resolves the issue?

Do other internet-based services on your TV360 work?
Other streaming apps & OnDemand being the first checks.
