360 TV Package arrived today shortly after 22:30 hrs, with strict instructions to setup within 12 hrs.
Well unfortunately the cables supplies will not reach. The TV is on the opposite wall to where the Cable comes into our house.
Obviously this will require an engineer, but; what are the chances someone can come before Xmas?
Also will this be a free or charged visit?

I think you'll be struggling - recent posts on here have suggested a 3-4 working day wait for tech visits.

Not sure on the cost - I think there's a £5 delivery charge for QuickStart these days.
