Hi we appear to get a really irritating message on starting our 360 box, advertising absolute garbage, is there anyway to turn this off?

They are intrusive and pain in the ar*e. When we first got TV 360 a few months ago these messages appeared only occasionally, now they are much more frequent. Come on Virgin, there needs to be a way to turn these off in the menu.
