Advanced Recording Options / 360 Box

I have a Virgin 360 box and I'm wondering if anyone can help me set the "Advanced Recording Options" to "New Only" instead of "All as a default. This way, I won't have to manually change the option every time I want to record a new program. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!"

Hi @Mike_Nottm 

I'm afraid you can't set that as a default option, you have to input that option individually for each program series.

We're so sorry for the issues you've faced with your new box but a big thank you to newapollo for their help and advise so far on this.

Hi there, just spotted this. Could you possibly tell me where you can find the advanced option menu. After a factory setting I was told to do this does not appear on my menu option screen so assume it is hiding elsewhere

For the recording advanced options -

Press the RED RECORD button …you see three options … the bottom one says “Advanced Options”

Thanks for taking the time question the recording options via your 360 box. Were you able to follow Mike_Nottm and locate these to change them?
