I have just upgraded to the volt bundle and received my equipment this morning.
My old hub is located upstairs (which is where the incoming wall socket is), but my TV is located downstairs at the opposite end of the house.
I have set the equipment up and the Hub is working correctly, but I need an additional wall socket (coax) installing downstairs for the tv signal. As, I don't want to relocate the hub or the 360 box.
I have ethernet downstairs behind the tv.
I contacted customer support and they have booked an engineer visit for Friday.
Will the engineer be able to install an additional wall socket?
Thanks in advance.

The answer is yes he can install a new wall socket, if you want the new connection on a external wall that should mean the cabling will be split fom the original entry point and around external walls to where you need it, if practical.

Hey @Jayshutt761,
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
As @roy247, advised that the engineer would be able to install an additional wall socket for your TV box.
