Does anyone know if its possible to get a 3rd box added to initial install when the engineer is visiting?
Website sends you round in circles, chat is taking too long to get through and I'm thinking of cancelling within my 14 days and going back to sky.

No, the technician won't have time to do a extra box, you have to call up to amend the order before he arrives
