ALL4 App not working

Hello,

We have just joined Virgin from BT. My daughter is looking for the ALL4 app which she cannot get to work. I noticed that a thread from last year ended with ALL4 not working.

Is it / Should it be working now?

Are there any special settings for it?

Just to clarify because it's not 100% clear from your post, and you've posted in the apps section rather than TV specific (we can fix that if necessary), but are you talking about just having Virgin TV installed?

If so... all new Virgin TV customers have the TV-360 platform which doesn't currently have the All-4 app. Much C4 content is available via the OnDemand menus, but the All-4 is only available on the "older" V6 boxes.

I was not sure which section to choose.

We have BB, phone and TV.

Is ALL4 going back in with 360 boxes?

Not to worry, I've moved the post for you.

All-4 is available on the TiVo-driven V6 boxes, but hasn't been provided on the Horizon-powered 360 boxes as yet.

I'm sure, along with many other features, is on the "coming soon" list. But your guess is as good as mine as to when that'll be.

Although I cant be 100% I think there will be a good chance the all 4 app will come as a few weeks back my5 was added they are slowing adding features and apps back that we had on Tivo software
