Just upgraded from broadband only to the Utimate Volt Bundle with Sky Sports UHD, and had a successful install of 3 V6 boxes yesterday... apart from the Sky Sports UHD, which are still displaying a "Setting up your channels..." and 100:70.
I spoke to tech support yesterday 6 hours after the install and was told that it would take 48 hours for these to come through. Is there a reason why this is the case, when the rest of my channels were all available within minutes of the install?
I was hoping to watch the F1 in UHD this weekend, but by the looks of things that might not be happening...
EDIT: I've just checked the box installed upstairs and that one does have access to the UHD sports channels, but isn't plugged into a 4k TV... so it looks like only one of my 3 boxes has been enabled. I take it there aren't any issues with me swapping the boxes over until the other one that's plugged into a 4k TV has been enabled?

Sorry to hear of the UHD issue. Can you refresh both boxes for me to see if the channels are there now?

Hi John, I've just rebooted them and both are now showing the UHD channels (they weren't at lunchtime), many thanks 😊
