The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

The best way to do this would be to call Virgin and choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

There should be a £25 non fault call out charge but the engineer can check your signal levels and adjust if needed in the street cabinet.

Hello paulorock89,

Welcome to our community and thanks for your first post.

I can arrange for the 3m coax to be sent out for you.

We do actually do them in 5m, 10m and 15m if that helps.

What I will do to arrange this is send you a private message.

If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
