Do you currently have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here
If you have a TiVo, then you'll need a box-swap to have TV360, where a V6 can be software-converted.
There is info on https://www.virginmedia.com/tv/virgin-tv-360 about the swap. Especially if you have V6, make 100% sure you're happy with the differences between TiVo-software & TV360-software, as they're very different and you can't change your mind afterwards.
