360

Hi,

 

So recently got the 360 box set everything up fine. The screen shows the welcome page then the please wait pops up for about a second then I get no signal unless I restart then the same thing happens. I’ve tried two different TVs, they aren’t smart TVs but one is quite new? Can any body help because I’m so confused as it’s clearly getting a signal with the welcome messages ect?

Hi @cholololo 

Is this a brand new installation/360 box or an upgrade from a V6 box?

Have you made sure you are using the correct HDMI port on your TV.

Any onscreen error messages or graphics when it fails to start?

Have you connected the white coaxial cable to the 360 box?

How is the 360 box connected to the internet? Ethernet cable or wifi?
