Is this a brand new installation/360 box or an upgrade from a V6 box?
Have you made sure you are using the correct HDMI port on your TV.
Any onscreen error messages or graphics when it fails to start?
Have you connected the white coaxial cable to the 360 box?
How is the 360 box connected to the internet? Ethernet cable or wifi?
