My TV360 box will not come out of standby. 
I’ve tried the usual fixes I.e power off for 2 minutes etc. 

mot has been playing up for a while taking ages to start now it just won’t even come out of standby.

After powering off and on, what happens?

Is the box stuck in the boot cycle? That's a fault if so.

After powering of and on. 
The power light illuminates orange. 
Pressing the power button on the unit or the remote does nothing.

light never changes colour don’t get a welcome screen nothing.

Your best is to call VM and follow the "I have a fault with my TV service" options - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Staff should respond on here, but it may take a couple of days.

Make sure the co-ax cable is firmly connected and finger-tight before doing so.
