Hi,

Our tv360 box stutters regularly and has delayed responses even after an engineer visit, turning on and off multiple times and is making our TV experience into a miserable one. Please rectify asap.

What do you mean by stuttering?

Is this happening on, say, live TV? OnDemand or streaming? Recorded programmes?

All 3 work in slightly different ways, and so would have different causes.

Edited to also ask: If you have multi-room and this is affecting recordings, is it on the main box or mini?
