I’ve received my new 360 remotes but cannot get the new layout, I’ve followed all instructions to do it but no joy, any help would be appreciated

I’ve done all that and it’s not happening, I need the option in the tv apps or something like that to get started

The upgrade app is normally in the All Apps folder, but sometimes it's on the main screen.

Since it's an over the air update it may already be on your hard drive but not showing yet. You could try rebooting the V6.

Have you tried reconnecting to the network? This may force the update to come through.

Home - Help and Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media service now.

I’ll give it a try 

but it isn’t on the apps or the Home Screen showing no no option to do so

Still nothing there

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your 360 upgrade looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

I can see on my side that you may have already spoken with our faults team about this quite recently, could you confirm if that is the case?

If yes, could you let us know what the current situation is please?
