Followed instructions for upgrade to 360 but it’s been stuck on the same screen with the process bar in the same position for nearly an hour. Any solutions as it states will take 30 minutes!

It shouldn't take that long. At some point I guess you will have to turn the power off and back on to see if the box starts up normally.
