360 tv boot loop

Hey, installed the new 360 tv box yesterday and it was working fine however today it’s stuck in a boot loop and I can’t figure out a way to fix it. It’s just goes between the welcome and just wait screen before the virgin logo comes up then tv loses signal and it repeats itself. It’s been rebooted multiple times and I have left it turned off and unplugged for over an hour and re tried to and nothing changed. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

The standard advice applies to any TV box that won't bootup....

Call VM to report the fault. 150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the "I have a fault" options. VM staff respond on here, but timings can't be guaranteed and this isn't a real-time facility.

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues with your equipment. 

Are you still having this problem? 

 

If so, can you please check that all the cables leading in to the back of the box are secure and without damage?
