Hey, installed the new 360 tv box yesterday and it was working fine however today it’s stuck in a boot loop and I can’t figure out a way to fix it. It’s just goes between the welcome and just wait screen before the virgin logo comes up then tv loses signal and it repeats itself. It’s been rebooted multiple times and I have left it turned off and unplugged for over an hour and re tried to and nothing changed. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

Call VM to report the fault. 150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the "I have a fault" options. VM staff respond on here, but timings can't be guaranteed and this isn't a real-time facility.
