Try using a non ARC HDMI connector on your TV, connecting the 360 to a HDMI-ARC connector on the TV has been a problem for some people. You should then be able to turn dolby back on, try the follow content setting.

Hello Gaye,
Sorry to hear of the audio issues experienced with your TV 360 service, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
It's been a few days since your post and we're checking to see if this is still something you require assistance with?
We have these tips for TV 360 issues, we'd also recommend ensuring all of the connections are touch tight and if possible try either a different HDMI cable or HDMI slot on the TV.

Thanks for coming back to us @Gaye.
Have you heard anything back from the team since you last posted?
Is the issue happening on all channels or only certain specific channels, such as Sky Sport or Cinema?
Regards,
